DELIVERY
JARMULA delivers worldwide via Global Express and UPS, time and costs depend on the recipient’s country. We
need 2 to 7 business days to prepare your order: it depends on the type of product you’ve bought. After preparing
the order, we’re sending it with the courier of your choice:
- delivery time in Europe: from 2 to 4 business days,
- delivery time outside Europe: from 4 to 10 business days.
Couriers deliver packages from Monday to Friday.

RETURNS
You can return the purchased goods up to 14 days from the date of the order’s delivery.
- Make sure that the returned goods do not show any signs of use or damage, and they contain original
labels and packaging - Fill out the return form and place it in the package. Without the filled out form, the return process may
take much longer.
We reserve the right to do not accept returns sent after the deadline and articles in condition that indicates use or
damage.
We guarantee the return of your entire order’ amount in exactly the same payment method that was chosen while
ordering. In case of returning the goods, the shipping cost lies with the customer.
JARMULA.STUDIO does not offer the option of exchanging goods.
