DELIVERY
JARMULA ships worldwide via Global Express and UPS. Within Poland, we offer delivery via InPost or other local couriers.
Order processing time is typically 1–2 business days, depending on the product. Once your order is prepared, it will be shipped using the selected delivery method.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns & Refunds
You can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging included.
Please complete the return form and include it inside your package. Returns without a completed form may result in delays in processing.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent after the 14-day period or items that show signs of use or damage.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method selected at checkout. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer exchanges.
